Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, local delivery may be available in Lafayette, LA for eligible orders.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. Royal Theory Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other mail carrier.

What if my package says delivered but I don’t have it?

Royal Theory Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Are the wigs pre-plucked?

Select units may come pre-plucked for a more natural look. Product details will always be listed in the item description.

Can I color or customize the hair?

Our hair is high quality and can be customized, but we recommend professional coloring or styling for best results.

How long will the hair last?

With proper care and maintenance, your hair can last a long time. Longevity depends on how well the hair is maintained.

Will the hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal with all hair extensions and wigs. Proper care helps reduce shedding and maintain quality.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, bundles, closures, or frontals.

Are any exceptions made?

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can review the issue.

Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?

No. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Can I return hair that has been opened or used?

No. Any hair that has been worn, installed, cut, colored, washed, altered, or had the lace cut/tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.
