All items are final sale unless the order arrives damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Worn, installed, or altered units

Lace that has been cut or customized

Bundles that have been opened or tampered with



📦 DAMAGED OR WRONG ORDER

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Clear photos/videos of the item

Your order number

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit if approved.



🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.



💳 REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued if:

The item is out of stock after purchase
