We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on wigs, bundles, closures, or frontals.


📦 ORDER ISSUES

We will only review issues if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue


🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • The hair has been worn, installed, cut, colored, or altered
  • Lace has been cut or tampered with
  • The product is not in its original condition
  • You changed your mind after purchase
